The Club was registered on July 30th 2000, as a General Partnership in accordance with
and subject to the laws of the State of New York. It applied for its Federal employer
Identification Number (FEIN) on August 24th, 2000.

The club is member of the National Association of Investors Corporation, which has been
helping people take control of their financial future, since 1951.

The club maintains its investment account with E*TRADE Financial.
